1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "new333," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the new333 Casino platform available at new333.cam.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any registered user who holds an active account on the new333 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the new333 website, including all gaming content, account functions, payment services, and related features accessible via new333.cam.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the new333 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the player into their new333 wallet that have not yet been subject to any bonus wagering requirement restriction.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional value credited to a player account subject to wagering requirements or other conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and verification process required by new333 before processing withdrawal requests or as otherwise required.
• "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the new333 platform, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the new333 Casino services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the new333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register, access, or use the new333 platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the new333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is mandated under the applicable gaming regulations of the Philippines and is non-negotiable. new333 will not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any real-money gaming activity.

3.2 Residency and Legal Access

You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your country or territory of residence. new333 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering on new333, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of the details change. new333 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to reject, suspend, or terminate any account where information is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active new333 account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts held under different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact new333 support immediately.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your new333 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

new333 support staff will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, Messenger, Viber, or telephone. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as unauthorized and report it to new333 support immediately.

4.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all transactions and activity conducted through your account during any logged-in session, whether or not that activity was carried out by you personally. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify new333 immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team.

4.3 Account Verification

new333 reserves the right to require account verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during any period where irregular account activity is detected. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4.4 Account Closure

Players may request closure of their new333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to the KYC requirements outlined in Section 6. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

new333 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless an alternative currency is explicitly supported by a specific payment channel.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to new333 must originate from a payment account that is legally owned and operated by the registered player. new333 does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds using payment accounts that do not belong to you is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and return of funds minus associated processing costs.

5.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit limits are published in the Cashier section of the new333 platform and are subject to change at new333's discretion. Players will be notified of material changes to minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable advance notice.

5.4 Currency

The primary currency of the new333 platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, game bets, winnings, and transactions are expressed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the applicable payment processor and are outside new333's direct control.

6. Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this Section. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to any withdrawal request being processed. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

6.2 KYC Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification. new333 may request any of the following documents to complete KYC: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, UMID), a recent proof of address, and/or evidence of ownership of the payment method nominated for withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal processing.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

new333 targets GCash and Maya/PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within an average of three (3) to five (5) minutes during standard operating conditions. Withdrawal processing times for bank transfer channels (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may vary based on the receiving institution's processing schedule. new333 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.4 Withdrawal Destination

Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the name of the verified account holder. new333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that the withdrawal destination details provided are accurate and belong to them.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

new333 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to individual bonus-specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiry timeframes. These terms are communicated at the point of bonus offer and are binding upon acceptance.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×20 means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal is permitted). Bets placed on excluded game categories or individual titles do not contribute to wagering requirement completion. new333 reserves the right to specify game contribution rates for wagering requirement purposes.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

new333 actively monitors accounts for signs of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of hedged betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk, and coordinated group exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, new333 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

7.4 Bonus Modifications

new333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and are actively engaged with a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms communicated at the time of acceptance, unless the modification is required by regulatory obligation.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the new333 platform is governed by the rules of that specific game as provided by the game's developer or studio. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. new333 does not modify the mathematical parameters or rules of any game provided by its licensed studio partners.

8.2 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid and final once it has been accepted and confirmed by the system. new333 reserves the right to void bets that are accepted in error due to technical faults, software errors, or obvious pricing mistakes. Where bets are voided due to an error, stake amounts will be returned to the player's account.

8.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on new333 are subject to additional rules specific to each sport, event type, and betting market. These rules include provisions for event cancellations, match postponements, rule 4 deductions, and dead heats, among other scenarios. 8.4 Maximum Payout Limits

new333 operates maximum payout limits per game session, per day, and per week as published in the platform's Cashier and Terms sections. Where a player's winnings in a given period exceed the applicable maximum payout limit, new333 reserves the right to process the excess amount as a separate withdrawal subject to standard processing conditions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the new333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining multiple player accounts simultaneously;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the platform's software without reporting them to new333;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of criminally derived funds through the platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Permitting or facilitating access to your account by individuals under the age of 21;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward new333 staff or other players;
• Any other conduct that new333 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

10. Responsible Gaming

new333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player wellbeing seriously as a platform obligation. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players within the account settings section of the new333 platform:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications alerting players to the duration of their current gaming session;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and net session result;
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary account access restriction ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion — a longer-term or permanent restriction from accessing the new333 platform.

11. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any new333 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Game content — including titles, artwork, game mechanics, audio, and animations — is owned by the respective game studio providers and is licensed to new333 for use on the platform. Players may not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misappropriate any game content from the new333 platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, new333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the new333 platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings due to platform downtime; loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from player negligence; or losses arising from telecommunications or internet connectivity failures outside new333's direct control.

new333's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

Nothing in this Section shall limit new333's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13. Privacy & Data

new333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at new333 Privacy Policy. By registering and using the new333 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

new333 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to third parties where required by law, by regulatory obligation, or where necessary to prevent fraud, investigate prohibited conduct, or process your payment transactions via our payment processing partners.

14. Amendments to Terms

new333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address registered with their account, in-platform notification, or by prominent notice on the new333 website, with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the new333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 4.4.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the online gaming operations of new333 and the regulatory framework under which the platform is operated. To the extent permitted, disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the governing law.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint with new333's customer support team in the first instance. new333 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly through its internal complaints resolution process. Players who remain unsatisfied following internal resolution may escalate their complaint to the applicable regulatory authority.
